SnmpSvcGetEnterpriseOID error in snmpapi.dll on NT4 SP6a

We once had a user report:

I am trying to install ClipMate 6.2.09 on a Windows NT box and get the
    message:

The procedure entrypoint SnmpSvcGetEnterpriseOID could not be located in the
    dynamic link library snmpapi.dll.

    ClipMate would not come up.

This turned out to be a problem with NT 4 Service Pack 6a. The solution was to re-apply the SP.  Here are the relevante MSKB articles:

service pack 6a
