0000101: Editor "Tack" blocks other editing changes from displaying

Description

If you "tack" the editor to a clip, and then try to use any of the editor toolbar buttons like Remove Linebreaks, Change Case, Magic Hat, etc., the changes don't show in the editor.

Additional Information

The tack is blocking the updates from showing - it needs to reflect changes made to the clip that's currently displayed.
