Summary 0000165: "Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window" when switching between Explorer/Classic
Description Several users experiencing error when switching modes. QuickPaste seems to be involved.

 Fixed with exception handler. Unable to successfully reproduce. Need to confirm fix with users.

Fixing with the exception handler leaves the possibility that the focus isn't where I want it. But that's better than an exception.
