Summary 0002269: AOL/CA Antispyware Deleting Empty BLB files (again)
Description Improved handling of "antispyware deleted database files" situation. This happens when CA or AOL Antispyware (or some other antispyware or antivirus) deletes database files because it thinks there's a virus. This typically happens with empty files, such as the BLOBJPG files that aren't used anymore now that ClipMate primarily stores images as PNG format (but needs to access BLOBJPG for users with existing images in JPG format).
Additional Information When exception 11010 happens to a table with a name starting with "blob", it checks to see if the .blb is missing. If so, the user is informed and notified that the fix is to delete the .dat and .idx files from the database directory. The files are NOT automatically deleted.

Added routine BlobDummy() to insert dummy record into blob tables, eliminating the "empty blob" file issue.
