Summary 0000246: Modifications to Application Profile - making better choices when encountering browsers
Description Based on tech support issues over the past few months, the default application profiles determination has been adjusted as follows:

For browsers that are known to support HTML Data Format (IE, Netcaptor, Maxthon, MyIE2, and the upcoming Mozilla/Firebird/Netscape), turn ON:
Turn OFF: Rich Text Format

Turn OFF Rich Text Format (RTF) and HTML For MS Access and Excel.
Turn OFF HTML Format for Microsoft Word (but leave RTF on).

These changes affect new installations only. However, users can delete entries and they'll be re-generated with the new default settings.
Additional Information There have been a rash of "cannot open clipboard" errors when working with Word lately, and cutting down on the HTML generation should help with this.
