0000266: Performance problem with Shortcuts

Description

With hundreds of shortcuts, v6.5 seems slower than 6.3. Investigation revealed some performance penalties incurred with drawing/erasing shortcuts, only apparent when you've got hundreds of them. Solution is to defer updating the cliplist while keystrokes are still occurring.
