0000339: Mousewheel for scrolling bitmap images

Description

The mousewheel doesn't work when you're viewing a bitmap. The cliplist scrolls instead.

Additional Information

Implemented change. Click on bitmap may be required to initiate scrolling. Only affects the "scroll" option, has no effect when image viewer is set to scale or stretch.
