Summary

0000389: Hotkeys can't be edited with localized values (ctrl, alt, shift)

Description

When localization is used (German, etc..) the hotkey modifiers (ctrl, alt, shift) are known as Strg, Alt, Umsch. But once translated, the hotkeys won't work.

Additional Information

The underlying hotkey code needs to translate back and forth to the English equivalents in order to make the hotkeys work.
