Summary

0000393: Option to set database offline for external backups wasn't working

Description

For an external program to backup ClipMate's database, ClipMate needs to log off, and release the files from "in use" status. There is an option in the database configuration to set an "offline" time, such as 12:01 am.
ClipMate was invoking the routine at that time, but due to a logic problem, would only set one table offline, and still stayed logged on to the other tables.

Additional Information

The fixed version passes the test above, without complaining at all.
