0000493: Access violation after closing CM Explorer

Description

Sometimes closing ClipMate Explorer (with the 'x' icon) would result in an error later on, usually when switching away from ClipMate.

Additional Information

closing explorer results in
dorescueediting failing because the editor isn't there now.
This causes a bogus entry to be left in the viewers[] list.
Deleting the bogus viewer works.... Could trap with an esception. I bet this is causing lots of errors.

Update: fixing with a "cleanseviewers" routine that checks for invalid entries.
