Summary

0000668: All new images will be stored as PNG, internally in the database.

Description

History: ClipMate 6 stored images as JPEG (JPG) format in the database, regardless of what format they are copied from. Version 7 introduced the more efficient and higher-quality PNG graphic format, but left the JPG option for backward-compatibility.
Since the new Printing engine is PNG-based, it makes sense to discontinue the JPG option, and it is now removed from the options dialog.
