We've relied too long on notepad and post-it notes for bug tracking. It's time to get serious. This new tool, "Mantis", will allow us to describe, prioritize, and keep bugs from falling "off the radar". And users can sign up to be notified of fixes, testing, and releases.
This should help us to achieve a high level of quality and customer satisfaction as we grow our product line and enhance our existing products.
