Summary:	0000292: Backup/Restore dialog needs to be able to re-create whole path, or give meaningful error.
Description:	If you have a path such as d:\backups\clipmatebak, and the clipmatebak directory is missing, it'll re-create it. But if backups, or the D: drive are missing, it'll fail.
