Summary:	0000443: Purging problem causes clips to go directly to the Trash, bypassing the Overflow
Description:	When clips age from "length-restricted" collections such as the InBox, they're supposed to go to the Overflow collection. A bug in the logic would sometimes send them through the "age-restricted" routine, which bypasses Overflow and goes directly into the trash.
