Goodsync is a program to sync folders and files between 2 locations...if you want to remove it then there should be an uninstaller in Add/remove programs or programs and features depending on your OS...

There is a portable version of Goodsync is it on your USB Drive?

I Recommend you contact Goodsync support help removing since there is no uninstaller available
