I will be posting an updated translation kit soon, with an updated set of English strings, and a tool to "reconcile" the string IDS with your existing translation.
I've encountered a problem with "string lists", when using IniTrans. It's not the fault of IniTrans, but with my conversion plug-in. Strings lists look like:
'item 1','item2','item3'
And they can get converted to
item 1','item2','item3
or
'item 1,item2,item3'

So I'm working on a solution for this now.
