#1 sure sounds like the export function. There are lots of requests for a "prompt for name" option, which will come eventually. But really, aside from that, it does all that you need. And you can of course, re-title the clip to affect the eventual file name anyway.

#2 - I haven't see it disengage by itself yet. Have you seen any pattern to when that happens? You DO need to give ClipMate focus for it to have an effect on the clip. If it's on, and you have given ClipMate focus then switched away, there should be no residual RTF or HTML on the clipboard, and pasting into Word should be just like typing. If you see this again, try an Edit | Paste Special, and verify that only TEXT is being presented to Word. If RTF or HTML is listed as a choice, then something went wrong.

#3 - use the right mouse button instead of the left. Then you'll get a menu for move/copy.

The move/copy menu comes up when you release the button after dropping onto the target. i.e. dragdrop with the right button, it should give a menu when you drop.
