Which version of ClipMate is this?
If it's 7, there shouldn't be any way to undock it. To turn the viewer back on (in Classic), see View | Classic Options, then enable the viewer there.
Otherwise, send me a screenshot of what you're seeing,and I'll try to figure it out. Send to support@thornsoft.com with subject of:
"ClipMate Screenshot from Forum / undocked viewer"
