QuickPaste will do what you want, but you need to assign shortcuts to the frequently-used clips. Such as .cc to bring up all of your credit card clips. Then you'll find that you can have hudreds, or thousands of clips, ready for pasting. Please review the Shortcut tutorial:

It shows ClipMate6, but it applies to v7 as well. I think it's just what you're looking for, without the hassle and compatibility problems of hotkeys.

Hello. I have been trying for a couple of days to use the shortcuts feature, and have been through the tutorials and forums. I understand how to name the shortcut, and see the shortcut appear next to the clip in the "title" window, but when I open a test document and type ".pn.a" nothing happens. I don't see the particular clip I named singled out as the tutorial says should happen. Can you help? I feel like there's some simple step I'm missing. LOVE Clipmate, btw.
