Running two instances would cause trouble, and needlessly eat up memory. But It IS an intriguing idea though, and it may be possible to rig something up where you could have two copies of ClipMate Explorer running, or something else to give you access from the other monitor.
Actually, in the upcoming v7 you could do this. Have Explorer parked on one monitor, and Classic on the other. Actually, it would be the ClipBar+Classic on the screen where the taskbar is. And Explorer could be sitting on the other one. That would work. v7 will be out shortly.
