It isn't possible at this time. ClipMate cannot simply be re-compiled for PocketPC, Linux, Mac, Palm, etc..
However, coming later in the 7.x family will be an export protocol which would make it possible for partners with expertise to make programs for these platforms that would sync with ClipMate. So if there is interest, and if the platforms truly are popular, there is great potential here.
