I'm thinking of adding that, now that DBISAM v4 supports strong encryption at the database level. It would be relatively easy to implement, but the downside is that if you ran ClipMate and didn't bother entering your password, it would have no where to store any new clipboard data. A nice idea would be to store new clips somewhere temporary, then offer to merge them back in later, when you've unlocked the database. But that adds a lot of complexity, and with complexity comes opportunity for bugs, increased support, etc..
But I'm thinking about it, certainly.
