It's not a bug, just different behavior. I noticed that often, re-inserting into the system tray caused a "pause" of 2-3 seconds while Windows serviced the remove/insert request. During that time, ClipMate wasn't responsive, as it was waiting for Windows.
Also, it was sometimes causing trouble for systems that were trying to go to sleep at night. The refresh was seen as "activity".
And it was a non-standard behavior, not usually seen. Such things are ok, until they become more trouble than they are worth, and the systray refresh had gotten to that point.
