Hi Mel,
If you bring it up in QuickPaste mode with the Ctrl+Shift+Q, then some functions are disabled. ESCape out of QuickPaste, and bring it up in regular mode with Ctrl+Alt+C.

Your ClipMate 6 key will not work with v7. As with all of the other major upgrades (2,3,4,5,6) you need to purchase a new registration key, which will work with all future 7.x releases. As a returning customer, you can purchase the upgrade for $19.95 with this link:
