I'm just putting this out there, for anyone who may run into this problem with ClipMate or any other program, after modifying files in the program directory.

Synopsis: if you (or a program you're running) modifies or deletes a file under the "program files" directory, Vista will play tricks on you. It's supposed to work in your favor, but doesn't always.
