No guarantees, but 6.5 should run fine on Vista, but you may need to avoid turning on the DEP (data execution preventsion) feature of Vista. If you turn it on for "all programs", you'll need to add ClipMate to the exclusion list.
And you'll need to re-enter your registration information on the new computer, of course.
