How can i run the Re-Establish Clipboard Connection command?

CM7 Help says that it can be run from
Options and Configuration > Tools Menu > Clipboard Diagnostics, Connection Tab, but i cannot find the command there.

My 'Connection Tab' panel displays "First App....Vista Clipboard API: Available, Active", then it displays a lot of empty space. And then, Clipview Event Log....

Clipmate v7.3.14 build 223
Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1

Thanks for helping me finding the command. :)

This command was hidden because checked the setting Capturing - 'Use Vista Clipboard Notification'. Now i've unchecked that box, and the capturing is working fine on my win7.
