ClipMate7's Russian translation is mostly unreadable under Windows XP and 7 English editions even if Russian is assigned th be the primary non-Unicode programs in the OS Regional settings. In the most of submenus, dialogs etc it shows "greek" symbols instead of Cyrillic letters.
This phenomena is well known to Russian user of Windows OS and usually the issue is caused by improper encoding of Russian subsidiary files. However it seems, that the file Russian.lng with Russian translation of ClimMate is encoded as Unicode. So I have no any idea, what could be the cause of this issue in this case.
